The Indian Institute of Technology Mandi, in collaboration with Himachal Pradesh Kaushal Vikas Nigam (HPKVN), is gearing up to launch a series of training programmes starting from January 15, 2024, through its Centre for Continuing Education (CCE). These cost-free initiatives are designed to impart valuable skills and knowledge to participants, promoting professional growth and contributing to the overall enhancement of education and vocational training in the region, according to an official release.
The courses are open to individuals in Engineering, BCA, MCA, ITI, Polytechnic, as well as teachers, trainers and working professionals. The duration of each course is one month, and the registration for these complimentary offline programmes has commenced, continuing until January 12, 2024, the release mentioned.
The primary focus of these programmes will encompass soft skills, English speaking, interview preparation, personality development, group discussions, entrepreneurship skills and startup support, all aimed at ensuring the holistic development and career success of the candidates, as per the release.
