US President Joe Biden and First Lady Jill Biden on Thursday (June 22) welcomed Prime Minister Narendra Modi at the White House for the State dinner. Amongst the US officials who arrived at the White House for the State Dinner was the US Secretary of Commerce Gina Raimondo, US Secretary of State, Antony Blinken, and US Ambassador to India, Eric Garcetti. Big names in the tech world, film and fashion industry, as well as billionaire industrialists, were among those invited to the State Dinner. PM Modi is visiting the US from June 21-24 at the invitation of President Joe Biden and the First Lady.
